Lewisburg Police search for suspect of Walmart theft

LEWISBURG - Police in Greenbrier County need your help identifying a man who allegedly stole $2,200 worth of appliances.

Lewisburg Police said the theft happened Monday around 7:22 a.m. at the Walmart in Lewisburg. Officers said three desktop computers and two flat screen televisions were stolen.

The suspect was seen on surveillance cameras pushing the merchandise out of the Lawn and Garden exit without paying for it, according to police. The stolen goods were loaded into an older model green Chevrolet or GMC Suburban.

Anyone who can identify the suspect or owner of the vehicle is asked to call the Lewisburg Police
