BECKLEY - A North Carolina fugitive is behind bars after local police find and arrest him at a Beckley restaurant.

Justin Tyme Hawley, 22, is wanted in Benson, North Carolina for felony charges including breaking and entering, larceny and consiracy to commit safe cracking, according to authorities.

The Beckley Police Department arrested Hawley at Bob Evans on a fugitive of justice charge. He was also cited for possession of marijuana, police said.

It is alleged that Hawley broke into a home in North Carolina and then stole a substantial amount of money. On Saturday, officers recovered cash from him, which is believed to be evidence of the crime in Benson, police said.
