BECKLEY - Authorities released new information Sunday night regarding the armed robbery of a pizza delivery man.

Just after 9 p.m. on Saturday, a 32-year-old delivery man, who works for Roma Pizza in Beckley, was robbed at gunpoint by three people walking on Barber Avenue, Beckley Police Sgt. Roy Redden told WOAY.

The victim told police the suspects are three black males, possibly juveniles, who wore hooded sweatshirts and covered their faces. He said one man displayed what appeared to be a sub-compact machine gun and told him, "Give me whatever you got," according to an incident report.

The suspects made off with cash and fled in the direction of Antonio Avenue. A K-9 tracking their scents led police to a home on Morris Avenue, according to police.

Police interviewed several subjects inside the home, but it is unknown if they had any involvement in the alleged crime.
