BECKLEY - A man accused of touching three juvenile girls as they shopped turned himself in to authorities Thursday.
Henry Timberlake Duncan, 35, was arraigned in Raleigh County Court after surrendering to the Beckley Police Department.

Duncan faces three counts of first-degree sexual abuse after authorities said he inappropriately grabbed three young girls in a Kohl's department store on Monday.

Surveillance video of the alleged incident was released Wednesday, and police said they received an overwhelming number of calls from the public.

"On this particular incident, it was very helpful," Beckley Police Det. Morgan Bragg said. "We had an overwhelming response from the public, and we certainly appreciate that. Due to the nature of the crime, I think it increased the calls that we received. We had him identified shortly after the broadcast of all the networks."

Bragg said there is a high likelihood that there are other victims out there. Duncan, who lives in Beckley, will be held on $250,000 bond in Southern Regional Jail.
