SMITHERS - Smithers Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who they said robbed a grocery store earlier this month.

Lance Roland Breckenridge, 41, of Beckley, was accused of breaking into Kroger just after midnight on November 17th.  Police said he stole more than $1,000 in cash and an undisclosed amount of checks.  His alleged co-conspirator, Kellie Rae Cook, of Charleston, was apprehended two days after the incident.

Sgt. C.L. Burkhamer said that once Breckenridge is arrested, he'll be charged with breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit a felony, and grand larceny.

Burkhamer asked that if you've seen Breckenridge, or know of his whereabouts, that you call 911 or the Smithers Police Department at (304)-442-5296.
