CHARLESTON - A Kanawha Circuit Court order will allow hair samples to be taken from a woman who is charged in the murder of Kareem Hunter of Charleston.

Under the order issued Tuesday by a Circuit Judge. 25 hair samples can be taken Wednesday morning from Kelsey Legg in the presence of her attorney. Kanawha County Sheriff's Deputies want the hair sample from Legg to see if they match hair that was found on duct tape that was located in the shallow grave where Hunter's body was found Oct. 30 in Raleigh County.

Legg is facing a kidnapping and murder charge in Hunter's death. Police believe Hunter disappeared on the night of Sept. 23 when they believe Legg lured him to her apartment in Marmet to be kidnapped.
