MACARTHUR - As rifle buck season is about a week and a half away, law enforcement is offering tips to avoid tragedy this season. The Division of Natural Resources says hunters are required to wear 400 square inches of blaze orange when they are in the woods.  It is also important to maintain tree stand safety with things like a harness.  Officials say there have already been several tree stand accidents in West Virginia this year. One of the most important things to have is a partner when going into the woods, and also be sure not to over-exert yourself.  Officials say they have several heart attack cases a year.
