BECKLEY - A breakfast chain officially opened its doors in Beckley Monday morning.
The Raleigh County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting ceremony to mark the occasion. The store opened at 4 a.m. and people were waiting outside as early as 3 a.m., according to officials.
Marilyn Banister of Rainelle said she is excited to have a Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. “Being from Michigan, I have been waiting for a Dunkin’ Donuts,” she said, adding that she had been waiting for “a long time.”
As an opening incentive, Dunkin' Donuts will be offering two K-cup packages for $19.99 through November 1. The chain is still hiring management personnel and folks can inquire within.
