UPDATE: Residential fire reported in Raleigh Co.

NAOMA - A middle-aged woman is displaced after an early-morning fire destroyed her house in Naoma.

Dispatchers said it happened at a Silver Court residence around 2:45 Friday morning. No injuries were reported.  The Coal River, Trap Hill, and Whitesville Volunteer Fire Departments, Whitesville EMS, and Appalachian Power crews all responded.

The homeowner's family said she was inside when the fire started, but got out safely. She is living with family nearby for the time-being. She is 63 years-old.

NAOMA - Three departments were called to the scene of a fully involved structure fire in Raleigh County.

Dispatchers said it happened at a Silver Court residence in Naoma at around 2:45 Friday morning.  No injuries were reported.  The Coal River, Trap Hill, and Whitesville Volunteer Fire Departments, Whitesville EMS, and Appalachian Power crews all responded.
