FAYETTEVILLE - There is always plenty of food and vendors at Bridge Day and today was no exception. Bayou Billy Wagon Louisiana Cooking was one of the more popular sites at the bridge, selling steak chicken sausage and old fashion soda that is home crafted. They traveled all the way from Luray, Virginia and say they enjoy coming every year to serve the people at the special day.
"Been really good, better this year than several years past, really good attendance, rain kind of held everybody out this morning but around 11 o'clock it picked up and stayed steady the whole day. Folks in southern West Virginia really like it, we sell out every time where here and were completely sold out today," said Mike Hurley.
They say they will be back again next year for anyone who didn't get a chance to try them out.
