BECKLEY - A Beckley man is arrested and faces four charges after a domestic dispute early Friday morning.

According to the criminal complaint, police responded to a call at a Sandstone Drive apartment. Williams' girlfriend told police she was receiving threatening phone calls from him. After the officers left  to locate Williams, he knocked on the door and said it was the police.
