WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS - Protocol changes are made at a Greenbrier County police department after money goes missing from the evidence locker. White Sulphur Springs City Attorney Steven Hunter says locks have been changed, and everyone must enter the evidence room in pairs.  Two White Sulphur Springs police officers were suspended while state police and the prosecutor's office conducted an investigation into the missing cash.  Hunter says they concluded that too many people had access to the evidence room, and this is being treated as more of a mishap rather than a criminal act.  The two officers are back on duty.
