Gas prices drop $0.07

CHARLESTON - Drivers felt less pain at the pump, the cost for a gallon of gas in the Mountain State has dropped seven cents during the past week.

AAA East Central said the statewide average cost for a gallon of regular, unleaded gas is $3.45.  That's 37 cents cheaper than at this time last year.  

The nation's average also dropped a nickel and two pennies to $3.39 a gallon.
