Four dead, as many as ten injured in Washington Navy Yard shooting

UPDATE: The Associated Press reported that the shooter at the Washington Navy Yard has died.
 
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Two officials told the Associated Press that police are looking into the possibility of a second shooter at the Washington Navy Yard.

ABC News reported that four people were killed and as many as ten others were wounded during a shooting Monday morning.

A Defense Department official told the Associated Press that the shooter was "contained" but not yet in custody.

Earlier Monday, the U.S. Navy said it was searching for an active shooter at the Naval Sea Systems Command headquarters where about 3,000 people work.
