DANIELS-  A new church opens its doors in Raleigh County this month with what they believe is a very unique mission.

L.E.A.D. church led by Pastor Eugene Blankenship opened in Daniels on September 1st with a goal of leadership enrichment and development. It offers free GED classes for low income and homeless individuals as well as free anger management counseling. The list goes on, and Pastor Blankenship tells Newswatch how all this was made possible.

"It's been incredible, God has certainly blessed us and enabled us to do many things we would have never been able to do but we have had a lot of incredible donations from people ion the community. We're here to help folks in the community we want to be a part of the community in that we are blessing it and helping people, not just here to have church," said Pastor Blankenship.

The church is located on Ritter Dr. in Daniels.
