TAZEWELL - A Tazewell County business owner was sentenced to more than 100 years in jail on drug and gun charges.

Sep Zu Ha, 30, of North Tazewell, previously pleaded guilty to distribution of cocaine, marijuana, and other controlled substances, along with possession of a firearm as a convicted felon, and distribution of controlled substances on public or school property.

Ha forfeited the items seized from his Harman Street home and business, Star Nails, on the day that he was arrested.

At the sentencing hearing on August 29, Judge Jack Hurley suspended all but eleven years of Ha's sentence, which he will serve actively.
