CHARLESTON - Drivers feel more pain at the pump this week.  The average cost for a gallon of gas in West Virginia jumped 19 cents during the last seven days.

AAA East Central said the statewide average was recorded as $3.63.  That's about 20 cents more expensive than at this time last year and less than a penny above the nation's average.
