Justice facing coal debt

WEST VIRGINIA - A West Virginia billionaire is facing a string of angry business owners throughout the coalfields.
Greenbrier hotel owner Jim Justice has had nine lawsuits filed against him since 2011 in Kentucky, Tennessee and Virginia.  These are all coming from people who claim they performed work for Justice's companies but were never paid.  Justice does admit that his coal mines do have some debts to vendors, but he says they will all be paid in full. He says the tough economic times have caused his mines to suffer.
