WEST VIRGINIA - The project to get more West Virginians high speed Internet is almost complete.  Frontier Communications is wrapping up work that has provided almost 600 miles of fiber optic cable to schools, libraries and other public facilities.  Seven miles of cable are left to be installed.  The work is part of the Mountain State's $126.3 million federal stimulus money to expand broadband service.
