A routine traffic stop leads to a major drug bust in Greenbrier County.  The Sheriffs Department arrested Jabbar Rhodes, 35, of White Sulphur Springs and charged him with possession with intent to deliver cocaine.  He was pulled over for speeding on I-64 near Lewisburg yesterday, when deputies smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle.  A large amount of cocaine and marijuana was discovered during a search of the vehicle.  Rhodes was arraigned and released on $5,000 bond.
