A former Oak Hill Volunteer Fire Department President and Fayette County Deputy Sheriff pleads guilty to stealing about $400,000.  Jack Micah Feltner, 41, entered a Kennedy plea agreement in Fayette County court this afternoon.  It means he pleads guilty to two felony counts of fraudulent schemes instead of going to trial, where he could've been found guilty of up to 80 counts.  He is scheduled to be sentenced on September 16th.  Feltner is out on bond until then.
