Greenbrier Resort Owner Jim Justice received the "Distinguished West Virginian" award this morning.  It's the most prestigious award a Governor can bestow within the state.  Governor Manchin presented him with the award at the 18th hole of the Old White course.  Manchin says the honor is in recognition of Justice's many accomplishments and his unwavering commitment to the people of this state.  He says all of this is evident by Justice's actions the past year and a half.
