CHARLESTON - Tolls may soon be a thing of the past for West Virginia drivers.  The House of Delegates voted 97 to one Wednesday to abolish tolls by July of 2020. The proposal also makes provisions to still carry out road maintenance and give alternate employment to the individuals who would be affected.  The bill will now go to the senate for a vote.
