Two arrested on drug charges in Fayette County

FAYETTEVILLE - Two people are arrested for drug trafficking in Fayette County.

Deputies said James Pack, 36, of Ansted, was arrested Friday after police found Roxycodone pills and $3,000 in cash during a search warrant.

He's charged with 2 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Possession  of a Controlled Substance with Intent Deliver and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.

Marion Cheney II, 29, of Palm Bay, Florida, was also arrested with Conspiracy to Commit a Felony and Transportation of Controlled Substances in the state of West Virginia.

Investigators said Pack is known to sell pills and that Cheney would bring him the pills from Florida. These arrests come shortly after officers from the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force made multiple undercover prescription pill buys.

Both men are currently in Southern Regional Jail.
