Beckley man pleads guilty to child pornography

BECKLEY - A homeless man pleaded guilty Friday morning to downloading child pornography from a near-by business's WI-FI.

John Benedict Vevrecka, 47 pleaded guilty to five counts of Possessing of Child Pornography. He is sentenced to two years on each count. Judge Robert Burnside ordered that Vevrecka must serve the counts consecutively for a total of ten years.  Vecreka also has to pay $500.
