HINTON - The man accused of setting two separate fires in Hinton that left about 30 people without homes maintained his innocence in court Friday morning.

Billy Gill, 25, appeared in Summers County Circuit Court.  Judge Robert Irons approved the request for a bond reduction to $100,000.  Gill's attorney also requested a change of venue because of media attention, but Irons denied that request and said he will take it under advisement.

Gill's next appearance was set for May.  He remains in Southern Regional Jail.
