A Chance to Clean Up, Frigid Cold Next Week!

Good Friday Morning Everyone!

A 30 mile difference separated folks that got very little snow to people that will be cleaning up for a while from over a foot of snow. This was a tough forecast to nail down exact numbers, but overall, a very good forecast in most parts of the viewing area. We will get a chance to clean up this snow for the next couple of days. Biggest concerns will be the refreeze during the overnight and the weight of snow continuing to take trees out for the next day.

The sunshine we do see will warm temperatures up as well, most of us into the mid 40s by Saturday....then a very weak clipper will move through Sunday into Monday giving us a chance for a few flurries. The big story with this system, it will unlock and leave the sliding door open to a massive cold pool of air to flow in from Canada.

This air will be the coldest air of the season, with temperatures in many places taking a run for the magical 0ĚŠ mark Tuesday morning....and temperatures stuck in the 10s on Tuesday.

Gradual warm up will begin on Wednesday heading into Thursday with a chance of some flakes.
