Democratic Governor Earl Ray Tomblin takes the oath of office again and this time for a full term.
An inauguration ceremony took place this afternoon at the State Capitol's South Plaza. Several state officials were also sworn in including the new Agriculture Commissioner Walt Helmick and Attorney General Patrick Morrisey. Tomblin won a full four year term by defeating republican businessman Bill Maloney in November. Tomblin also beat Maloney during a special election in October of 2011 to fill the vacancy created when Joe Manchin took a seat in the United States Senate.
