A Fayette County man is behind bars after police say he broke into a home.

Sheriff Steve Kessler said in a release that Kenneth Jesse James, 52, of Mount Hope, was arrested on a felony burglary charge.  According to deputies James broke into a home on Kilsythe Road around 8:00 P.M. Tuesday night.  The homeowner was out of town, so a neighbor called 911 after seeing James on the porch. 

James is in Southern Regional Jail awaiting his arraignment.  The incident remains under investigation.
