Shawnee Baptist Church held a live nativity scene for the community Sunday evening.

More than a dozen folks of all ages dressed up to participate in the nativity scene. The nativity was held inside due to the cold weather. Several animals, including a donkey and a sheep, were outside of the church to represent the animals present at Christ's birth.

This is the second year Shawnee Baptist Church has hosted a live nativity scene.
