The Fayette County Christmas Toy Fund distributed toys at the Lewis Center in Oak Hill on Saturday to underprivileged children.
Needy children will received a main toy by age group, an "extra" toy, a book, a stocking and a treat bag.
Santa Claus was also there to greet the children.
Organizers explained how rewarding it was to see the kids get excited about Christmas. "It's a wonderful experience to see the faces of the children when they see all the toys when they come through, and they know that they can pick what they want," said Susan Ingram, secretary and treasurer of the Fayette County Christmas Toy Fund. "It's a blessing to be able to just be here and to see that."
