Bluefield Police release the names of two of the three suspects charged in the death of Derek Tabor.

On Tuesday officers arrested David Reasby at his home on Ronceverte Street in Bluefield. Reasby was arraigned in Mercer County Circuit Court this morning before Judge Omar Aboulhausen. Assistant Prosecuting Attorney Kelli Harshbarger asked that Reasby be held without bond which was granted. His next court date is set for Friday, December 14th,  at 3:15 pm with Magistrate Susan Honaker in Bluefield. Reasby is being held in southern regional jail.

Police are also waiting for Mitchell Watts, 40, to be extradited back to the Mountain State.  Watts was arrested on December 7th for a probation violation in Union County, North Carolina.

Both are being charged with first degree murder.

Reasby, Watts, and a third unnamed suspect are accused of shooting and killing Derek Tabor on the 300 block of 4th Street on August 20 of this year after Tabor's friend got into an argument with them.
