Dreary Start to the Work Week

Good evening! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend in spite of the wet weather. We will see the showers continue as we head through the overnight tonight, however temperatures will stay mild in the mid 50's. Tomorrow will be a down right miserable day. Showers will begin in the morning, scattered at first, but as a cold front passes in the afternoon we will see more widespread and heavier rainfall across the entire viewing area. I wouldn't be surprised if we heard a few rumbles of thunder as well. Fog will develop into the afternoon and last through the evening. Temperatures will be mild still in the lower 60's, but the cold air will filter in during the evening and we will drop down into the upper 30's. We will begin to see some mixing as we near the midnight hour and then Tuesday morning brings a few snow showers. We are not expecting any accumulations. We finally begin to dry things out in the afternoon, but stay cool with our highs only getting into the upper 30's.
