A Greenbrier County medical center gets help to continue taking care of its patients.

The Rainelle Medical Center got a grant worth more than $263,000 from the Office of Federal Assistance Management.  The money will help them provide preventive care to residents in rural areas.

Camden-On-Gauley Medical Center in Webster County and St. George Medical Center in Tucker County also got federal grants.
