UPDATE (11/24):

Two people are still in critical condition after a deadly, single car accident Saturday afternoon.

Deputies said it was one of the most gruesome scenes they had ever seen.  When they arrived the car was split in half and all three people were in different locations outside of the car.  One person was flown to CAMC, while another was flown to U. VA in Virginia.  Sheriff Jim Childers said State Police plan to reconstruct the accident Sunday.

"We try and do this on every fatality. Just kind of close our own mind on what did happen and how it happened. Probably what this will do is determine the speed, among other things that happened in this accident," said Sheriff Jim Childers.

At this time no names have been released.
