Staying Cool & Dry:
Good evening, on what's been a chilly Tuesday across the mountains of southern West Virginia. That potent cold front which brought yesterdays rain has certainly left plenty of cool air in it's wake as it was pretty brisk today. That's going to become the new norm over the next several days as an area of cool high pressure has set up shop in our neighborhood. With it you can expect mainly sunny days with slightly below average temperatures all the way through the weekend. Our next chance of rain doesn't enter the forecast until next Monday.
Tonight:Mostly clear and cool. Lows in the upper 20s.
Wednesday: A sunny, but brisk day. Highs in the upper 40s.
Thursday: Clear and sunny. Highs in the lower 50s, lows in the lower 30s.
Friday: More sunshine and cooler temperatures. Highs in the lower 50s, lows in the mid 30s.
Saturday: A few more clouds than sun. Highs in the lower 50s, lows in the lower 30s.
