The third and final suspect has been arrested, accused of a homicide over the weekend.
Around 1 AM Thursday deputies arrested a juvenile for killing Danny Kennedy, 54, at his home on Cohen Street Sunday. The juvenile was arrested on Burgess Street in Beckely without incident and taken to a juvenile detention center.
He's charged with First Degree Murder.
UPDATE (11/5): One of the men charged in connection with Saturday's murder in Raleigh County is arraigned in court.
Antonio Wade, 28, is charged with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. Wade is one of three facing charges in connection with the murder of Danny Ray Kennedy on Saturday night. Dominic Paige, 22, was arraigned on a 1st degree murder charge after he was caught Sunday. Deputies say Wade was at the scene when Kennedy was killed, but wasn't directly involved.
"Mr. Wade is not believed to be involved in the shooting physically. He was at the scene. He was a witness to what happened. But Mr. Wade is a convicted felon. We can identify a weapon being on his person," says Sheriff Steve Tanner.
Deputies are still looking for the third suspect, a juvenile, who will be charged with 1st degree murder. Wade and Paige are still being held in Southern Regional Jail.

The juvenile is still at large.

Dispatchers said it happened just after midnight on Cohen Street in Sprague.
One person was transported to Beckley Appalachian Regional Hospital.
