Unsettled Wednesday....Great Looking Finish to Work Week!
Mother nature didn’t do us a favor with the clouds that hung around most of the day. We did see a few rays of sunshine by the end of the day, but still kept temperatures cool. Today will be the opposite feel, a little of sunshine to start the day will give way to a lot of cloud cover. A couple showers are not out of the question as a cold front will pass through the region through the afternoon hours. Once the skies clear through the overnight, we will see a much nicer pattern, except the bitter cold start to Thursday Morning.
Freeze warnings are up for the viewing area with temperatures expected to drop well below freezing. Sunshine throughout the day will allow us to rebound nicely to around 60 degrees. A system is expected to drop through the region on Friday...it might produce some showers....will keep an eye on the situation. It comes back through as a warm front for Saturday and temperatures will reflect that this weekend. Temperatures on Saturday and Sunday should reach 70 degrees in a lot of locations.
Today: Partly to mostly cloudy with a couple showers in the afternoon. Highs: 55-65. Winds: SW 10-20 mph.
Tonight: Decreasing clouds and winds will allow temperatures to drop below freezing. Lows: 27-34. Winds: Calm.
Thursday: Mostly sunny and nice. Highs: 57-65.
Friday: Partly to mostly cloudy, maybe a couple showers. Highs: 55-65.
