UPDATE: One Detained, One Still at Large

UPDATE (10/9):
The juvenile wanted in last Wednesday's shooting turned himself into police Monday afternoon, but another suspect is still on the run.

Detectives said the 17-year-old came to Beckley P.D. around 1 P.M. He was wanted for shooting a bystander at the Hager Street Apartments after an altercation with Davin Thorton.  Thorton remains at large. 

The juvenile is charged with wanton endangerment, malicious wounding and attempted first degree murder..

UPDATE (10/4):
Two warrants are out for Davin Thorton and a juvenile after a shooting Tuesday night in Beckley.

Both suspects will be charged with Malicious Wounding, Wanton Endangerment, and Attempted First Degree Murder.

Tuesday night a bystander was shot after two people got into an argument at the Hager Street Apartments. The victim was taken to the hospital with three gunshot wounds. He's listed in stable condition. Authorities said that this shooting was not an act of retaliation, but the suspects were arguing about Shawn Rucker's death.

If you have any information on Thorton's whereabouts call police immediately. 

Police are investigating a shooting in Beckley.

They say one person is confirmed shot after an incident on Hager Street. It happened just after 10pm Wednesday. Not many details are available at this time and currently detectives are working out the details.  We do have a reporter on scene of course stick with newswatch and woay.com on the very latest of this developing story.
