Showers Around Today....A Nice Weekend in the Cards.

Good Morning Everyone!

What a day weather wise across the region yesterday. Most of us saw sunshine and temperatures back around the 80 degree mark in many locations. Today will be another warm day, but a bit more unsettled. The front that has brought some potent storms north of us will sag south this afternoon putting us right in the thick of things. Expect to see scattered showers and a few rumbles of thunder. The front will continue south during the overnight, moving the chance of showers further south. Friday will mainly be a dry day once we clear the few showers that will be leftover in the morning hours with a breeze picking up in the afternoon. Those breezy conditions will continue into Saturday for the college games. At this point, I am keeping Sunday dry. The computer models are hinting at a little wrap around disturbance that could swing through, but I believe this will stay to our north and west at this point.
