SUMMERSVILLE -- The Fayette County 4-h Hillbilly Classic Rodeo continued today in Summersville to showcase youth and high school students.

Multiple West Virginia Rodeo Associations as well as several in Virginia are competing for the top prize. Officials say that these rodeos have been emerging over the past few years... But for those participating, it's all about having a good time.

Kellie Adkins, a competitor from Daniels, West Virginia, says “it's really fun to be with friends and it's I guess I don't know how to say it, fun for everybody and we have a bund of fundraisers for the kids and stuff.”

Tonight the high school kids will get their chance to showcase their skills. Tomorrow is the final day of competition.
