BECKLEY -- The second annual stuff the bus took place today at the Beckley Walmart. Volunteers helped by "stuffing the bus" filled with school "supplies that have been donated during the month of august.

Officials say that without the community's support, events like this wouldn't be "possible to help the education of local kids."

Pam Wallace, a student and office administrator at Concord, says “education is so important so many kids start school without the school supplies they need so by doing an event like this they can start that school year and have the knowledge to know there is such a support behind them and that they can do this and they can and will succeed at their education.”

Stuff the bus will be supplying schools all over southern West Virginia.
