BECKLEY- Day two of the Donald Dunn first-degree murder trial concluded Friday in Raleigh County Court.

Prosecuting Attorney Kristen Keller continued to call witnesses Friday. Dunn's defense says that murder is out of character for their client. Tapes played in court Friday morning included Dunn talking to authorities. Keller also revealed video of Dunn's mother at a store on the day of the murder, trying to prove the woman went to get medicine for Dunn before meeting him at their house. Dunn is facing first degree murder charges after the shooting death of his step-father, Mark McDermott in their home last year as well as the attempted murder of his mother. If convicted, Dunn faces life in prison.
