Rainelle man arrested after police find a meth lab

RAINELLE -  A Greenbrier County man previously charged with operating a meth lab is back behind bars after police make a second bust.

Rainelle Police Chief J.P. Stevens tells Newswatch, Jerry Rogers of CCC Road between Rupert and Charmco was arrested Thursday following a joint effort between the Rainelle Police Department and State Police.

Stevens said the search of the property revealed numerous containers of the finished product located in an out building at the residence. Stevens said no residents were in danger and no evacuations were made.

Rogers was under home confinement from similar charges, he remains in Southern Regional Jail.
