BECKLEY - A court magistrate found probable cause for a Pax man arrested in connection with a recent murder in Raleigh County.

Don Douglas Dicken, 34, appeared in front of Magistrate Richard Jones Thursday morning for a preliminary hearing. Dicken is charged with murder for the beating death of Glenn L. Farrow, 57, on May 16 at People's Auto in Bradley.

Dicken was arrested in Pax on June 18 by Troopers from the Oak Hill and Turnpike State Police Detachments, along with Detectives from the Raleigh County Sheriff's Office. His case was bound over to the September seating of the grand jury.

Dicken is being held in Southern Regional Jail.
