BECKLEY - A man convicted in connection to a fatal night club shooting in Raleigh County faces up to a quarter century behind bars.

Judge H. L. Kirkpatrick sentenced Raymond Page Stoumile, 28, to 9 to 25 years in the penitentiary. He received 2 to 10 years to run consecutively for each of two counts of malicious assault, 3 years to run concurrently for each of four counts of wanton endangerment with a firearm, and 5 years to run consecutively with the other sentences on one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Stoumile was arrested in April of 2011 after he had fired shots at Phoenix Night Club in Mabscott. A jury had found Stoumile not guilty on June 4 of attempted first-degree murder.

Stoumile's sentence will run concurrently with his prior convictions in years past.
