PRINCETON – A family accused of an execution-style murder in 2011 is indicted in Mercer County Monday.

Oscar Combs Jr., 21, his father Oscar Sr., 45, and his ex-wife Linda each face a first-degree murder charge in connection to the killing of James "Bo" Butler.

Their trial is set in Princeton for September 23 in front of Judge Derek Swope.

According to prosecutors, the father-son pair shot Butler once in the back of the head with a .22-caliber gun, dismembered him, and then dumped the body.

Police say Linda had prior knowledge of the murder.
