OAK HILL - A cheer camp wrapped up their summer program Friday afternoon with a final performance.

Cheer Magic LLC said this is their second year of holding summer camps and this week has been a blast for all the girls. The group has learned choreographed dance moves, tumbling, but most importantly: teamwork. Co-Owners Angela Keffer and Marcy Godfrey said they are proud of the hard work the girls have put in this week.

"Number one, first and foremost is teamwork. Learning to work together  and to preform a routine at the end of the week that they've worked on for the past three days and show how to communicate on the floor and how to work together and pull off something that most people take months to do," said Keffer.

"It's a competitive sport and sometimes it's just for fun. It teaches them to participate in group work and team and not necessarily individual sports," said Godfrey.

Cheer Magic LLC said they do not have any more camps planned for this summer, but for more information about the program you can visit their Facebook page.
