Raleigh County Arraignments

BECKLEY - Indictments are answered on Tuesday for the May seating of the Grand Jury as defendants plead not- guilty and have their trials set for the upcoming months.

20 year old Marshall Lewis Ratliff of Beaver was arraigned on Tuesday in Judge H.L. Kirkpatrick's courtroom. Ratliff is charged with malicious wounding, but remains out of jail after bonding out. His trial has been set for July 1st of this year.

56 year old John Wayne Skaggs of Fayetteville is charged with child neglect with risk of serious bodily injury or death. He was arraigned on Tuesday in Judge J.A. Hutchinson's courtroom and his next appearance in court will be July 22nd for his trial.

27 year old Larry Dante Stoumile of Beckley was arraigned on Tuesday in front of Judge H.L. Kirkpatrick and is charged with second degree sexual assault. That trial is set for June 10th

38 year old Michael Lamont Duncan of Beckley also faces charges of burglary and first degree robbery. He was arraigned Tuesday in front of Judge J.A. Hutchinson and that trial has been set for June 22nd as well.

23 year old Joshua Carlton Barrett of Beckley was arraigned Tuesday in Judge J.A. Hutchinson’s courtroom. Barrett is charged with burglary and first degree robbery. His trial has been set for June 22nd of this year.

56 year old Delilah Vicky Robinson of Beckley faces a malicious wounding charge. At her arraignment on Tuesday Judge Kirkpatrick continued the scheduling of her trial to the September seating of the Grand Jury. She remains out of jail having already posted bond.
