State officials say they are at the forefront on the battle to stop heroin.
Four Greenbrier County residents have been arrested in connection to heroin trafficking. The four indicted are Tiffany Rose Arbogast of Lewisburg, Christopher Miller and Joshua Osborne of Alderson and Amanda Nicole Canaday of White Sulphur Springs. Miller and Canaday have been remanded to the United States Marshals pending trial while Osborne and Arbogast face trials this week to determine if they will remain in Marshals service custody. Goodwin says it's vital for the state to do everything they can to be proactive in the matter.
